Joomla is a highly versatile CMS and is recommended due to it's ease of use and simple back end.

 

To get Joomla!, go to the Joomla! site and go to the download section.   When downloading Joomla! for the first time, select the highest numbered release version (this is usually at the top of the list).  From there, find the title "Joomla (version #)-Stable Full.zip" (this is usually the last entry on the last page of listings).
