Agile Web Development for Social Justice with Rails Winter 2008 was a great success for GIIP. The curriculum included the process of writing an effective project proposal and theories on project design and innovation. With this knowledge the students were able to refine their ideas and produce a more focused project that can be realized. The resulting project ideas were very creative and included many topics such as water resources, environmental issues, human rights, education, sustainable development, and universal access to technology.
